Well  the team did it. We made the DR book an Amazon Bestseller! It was a long and rough day of selling the book. The team called,did a live stream,  emailed, texted, tweet and used all the social networks to make the book a bestseller. This status will help us bring the project to the next level. I especially want to Thank the public who bought the book. Without your support this wouldn’t have happen. Let’s go to the next level!

Today is the big day when we make Diamond Ruff a Bestseller on Amazon! To get this status will bring the project to another level by bringing recognition and credibility. We have to be the top selling book in a certain category on Amazon. How can you help? On this page go to the promotional Amazon Buy button and buy a book or several books. Also do a review on the book if you’ve read it. Every hour Amazon will be totaling the numbers. My guess by 9:00p.m we should be a Bestseller. During the day starting at 12:00 p.m. on this website we will being doing a live broadcast at Young Studios showing the developments. we will have host and giveaways and alot of cool stuff going on. At 6:00 p.m. we will be doing an orientation of what our audition process will be on April 24th when we hold the DR auditions.

Today I sent out emails and made calls for people to support the Amazon Project. Everyone was positive and promised support. Tomorrow will be a big day. Please send out your prayers.

Shireal began working early getting the word out about our Amazon launch to our social networks.

Myself, Geannetta, Kyle and Paige came into the office today.
Geannetta worked on investment plan. Kyle worked with intern on Amazon You Tube with our new intern Jonah. Paige worked on getting word out about the Amazon Launch.
Our lead DR investor gave us funds to buy 100 books for our Amazon launch that will be donated to the local Boys and Girls Club and a high school.

A good day.The team got together and discussed roles and responsibilities. We re-focused on the Amazon Bestseller which will be launched on Monday.

Geannetta and I had a  conference call w/Mike Jai’s manager Craig who has ran major Hollywood production studios. He is assisting us in having an airtight investor’s/business plan.
In the evening we had record numbers attend the DR Open Mike and Gamers Club.

10:26 p.m.A long day. This morning for a cpl. hours I started working on the revisions of the DR manuscript. As discussed w/Mike I will tweek it before he begins doctoring the shooting script. I am adding another suspense layer to the story.The day started off w/a bunch of meetings and Denise, Kyle, and myself looked at a place in Manchester for Diamond’s Home. It was a great space. The team also looked at spaces at the Hartford XL Center for the coliseum scene in Diamond Ruff. I met w/accountant and lawyer. to discuss the DR escrow account.
I started the evening off attending an event with the main investor. At the event were many potential investors he will bring to the table. After that I went to the local Boys and Girls Club 150th Anniversary. I did some heavy networking and discussed the project with my landlord, mentor and potential investor. The key for me now is to be at events promoting the project and staying focused on the investors meeting. I am letting Geannetta make some basic daily decisions for YS and HAFI. It is important that I stay more focused than ever.
Today I sent out investors rough draft letter to key investor who will be hosting the investor’s meeting. Tonight if I’m not too tired I will work some more on the script I want to send it to Mike before the weekend is over.

We had a great day! Mike Jai White came in today and left to be on the Monique Show tomorrow. When Mike was here we checked out different locations for the movie. I think we found a space for Diamond’s place. We also discussed the business behind the film. Mike is the MAN and will help us bring this project to the next level.

Being at the “Why Did I Get Married? premiere was a great experience! Alot of the who who’s in Hollywood were in attendance. Myself and wife Teressa were excited to be sitting next to Tyler Perry, Ashford and Simpson, Jill Scott, Maya Angelou, Gayle King, Janet Jackson and others. The movie was good. I think this may in the top of Tyler’s best work. After we went to the premiere afterparty and networked with the same people. I hung out with business mongul and DR supporter Alan Lazowski at this event. I was able to promote the DR project.Although Mike has already been creating the buzz.I really appreciate Mike Jai White giving us this experience. Mike will be in Hartford this week to work on the projec I look forward to it.

I’m up early trying to get it all done. This will be a big week. We will be preparing for the big Amazon Bestseller push on Monday, March 29th. Every day we’ll be pushing promotion for it. Today myself and wife will be going to NYC as Mike Jai White’s special guest for Tyler Perry’s “Why Did I Get Married Too” movie premiere.
Mike will be in Hartford later this week to work on pre-production for the film. It will be important that myself and team use our time wisely while he’s here. Also everyone must play their position.

Did a little administrative office in the office today.
